zfl series hydraulic shaker is mainly used to remove the most light foreign matters and few heavy foreign matters in the pulp shredder and perform secondary size degradation for the pulp of hydrapulpter. through the secondary size degradation, the screen mesh at the hydrapulpter bottom will be increased to enhance the production capacity.
this machine is equivalent to the assembly of a sealed horizontal hydrapulpter and a light and heavy foreign matter slag separator, which enables it to have compact structure and high efficiency. this machine integrates the functions of size degradation, trash extraction and coarse screening, greatly simplifies the waste paper processing and reduces the energy consumption.

ⅲ. operating principle and structure
the hydraulic shaker is provided with low friction vane type hydraulic rotor of special design to distribute the pulp uniform, keep the screen free of clogging and prevent the foreign matter cracking. the light foreign matter is discharged from the hydraulic shaker top outlet, further separated in the revolving screen; the heavy foreign matter is discharged from the shaker bottom and the pulp subjected to trash extraction is discharged by the pulp outlet pipe after passing through the rear screen.
the hydraulic shaker mainly consists of tank, hydraulic rotor of special design, screen and transmission gear.
